    Botox for men

    Botox®

  • A purified protein that temporarily blocks nerve impulses controlling muscle movements. Botox® is injected into the face causing a softened or erased elimination of lines and wrinkles lasting 3-6 months. This helps with 'crows feet' and 'frown' lines.


    • Hyaluronic Acid Fillers

  • Juvederm® Ultra and UltraPlus natural skin fillers correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds by adding fullness and shape to areas around the nose and mouth. They can also be used to add fullness to the upper cheek under the eyes. Acne scars and wrinkles can also be filled in to reduce the depth.
    These are apporoved by the FDA to typically last 6-12 months. Results are immediate.

    • IPL

  • Intense Pulse Lift treatments focus on sun damaged pigment areas and age spots; virtually no downtime with a brighter and more youthful appearance is the goal.

    • Chemical Peel

  • Uses a chemical solution to improve and smooth the texture of the facial skin by removing its damaged outer layers. It is helpful for those individuals with facial blemishes, wrinkles and uneven skin pigmentation. Chemical peel is most commonly performed for cosmetic reasons -- to enhance your appearance and your self confidence. Chemical peel may also soften acne facial scars and even control acne.
    Chemical peels can take a couple of weeks to reach full effect. The effects are often subtle and cumulative, hence no snide remarks from less aesthetically -sensitive males.

    • Microdermabrasion

  • Using lite abrasion, achieve the following:
    • The partial or complete removal of the dead outermost surface of the skin.
    • To remove sun-damaged skin.
    • To remove or lessen scars and dark spots on the skin.
    The procedure is not painful and requires no anaesthetic. Microdermabrasion can be used for scar removal when the scar is raised above the surrounding skin, but is less effective with sunken scars. Microdermabrasion and Chemical Peel can be combined in the same session for accelerated results.

    Hair Removal

  • This simple and virtually painless procedure causes about 80% permanent hair reduction in most people. The laser targets the darker color of the hair and raises the temperature of the follicle. Due to the fact that hair has several growth cycles, several (4-6) applications are required to stop all the growth cycles. This procedure is most effective on darker hair.

    This can be used to remove hair from both large and small areas, including legs, backs, faces, etc.

    • Vein Reduction

  • Using a laser that targets the red of blood cells, veins can be shrunk to a point of not being visible.

    The IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is an ideal way to treat small hemargiomas and rosacea. Large veins respond to sclerotherapy and cannot be treated by IPL.
    Avoiding the sun is critical after treatment. So Winter time is a great time to get started.

    • Titan by Cutera

  • Known as the "non surgical face lift". The infrared laser targets the deep tissue. Enabling the bodies own healing process, new tissue is rebuilt around the focused area. This causes the skin and surrounding tissue to firm and smooth.

    This can be used to shape parts of the face and body without surgery or scarring.

    Ideally, a series of three treatments with one every 3-4 weeks will reach optimum results. True skin rejuvenation without the surgical downtime is the ultimate result.
     

    • Rosacea

  • This common skin condition causes facial blood vessels to dilate and the increased blood near the skin surface makes the skin appear red and flushed. This can also cause itching and burning.

    To remove visible blood vessels or reduce extensive redness, vascular lasers emit wavelengths of light that target tiny blood vessels just under the skin. Heat from the laser's energy builds in the vessels, causing them to disintegrate. Generally, at least three treatments are required, depending on the severity of redness or visible blood vessels.

    Using an IPL, success can be achieved in reducing the redness and visible veins.
